This role is tailored for a remote work setting, allowing you to provide care from the comfort of your home while maintaining regular business hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You will have access to necessary tools and software that enable efficient patient management and record-keeping.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that align with their goals.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic strategies, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to enhance clients' emotional resilience and coping skills.
• Maintain precise and confidential records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and best practices, ensuring accurate tracking of client progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and nurses, to coordinate holistic care for clients.
• Provide psycho-education to clients and their families, equipping them with resources and knowledge to navigate mental health challenges.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and clinical advancements, integrating new methodologies into your practice to continuously improve care delivery.

As an LCSW at Keep In Touch Counseling Solutions, you will work primarily with a diverse clientele, encompassing individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Our focus on trauma-informed care ensures that you will approach each client with empathy and understanding, creating a safe space for healing and growth.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program is required.
• An active California LCSW license in good standing is essential to practice.
• Demonstrated expertise in clinical social work, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with clients and peers.
• Proficiency in utilizing technology and telehealth platforms to deliver remote care efficiently.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in clinical social work or related fields.
• Experience working in community health or similar settings, with an understanding of systemic barriers to mental health care.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
