Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to determine their specific needs and challenges, incorporating their backgrounds and preferences into the evaluation process.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans that leverage evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to achieve individual client goals.
• Maintain meticulous documentation that adheres to all compliance standards required in the field, ensuring all client interactions are securely recorded and confidently managed.
• Collaborate closely with other specialists, such as psychologists, psychiatrists, and medical professionals, to coordinate care that addresses the holistic needs of clients.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health resources, coping strategies, and community support systems to encourage engagement and proactive management of their mental health.
• Continuously explore and integrate innovative therapeutic approaches and methodologies that enrich client care and promote long-term wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clientele you will be serving includes individuals grappling with a variety of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders within a detox center environment. Your role is crucial in providing support to those navigating the complexities of recovery while fostering a safe space for healing and growth.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Master's Degree in Social Work and hold a valid LCSW license in California.
• A strong foundation in clinical social work practices and principles is essential.

Preferred Experience

• While a minimum of two (2) years of direct clinical experience is preferred, we also value candidates demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to client-centered care.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple clients is essential, together with self-motivation to work independently.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
