• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for patients.
• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused therapeutic interventions to address diverse mental health concerns.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within our electronic health records system.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, participating in regular case consultations and treatment planning meetings.
• Provide psychoeducation and support to patients and their families, helping them navigate mental health challenges.
• Continuously stay informed on the latest mental health research, methodologies, and technologies to enhance treatment approaches.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Tennessee.

• Experience working with diverse patient populations in an outpatient or clinical setting.
