Everyone's Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote setting. This role is crucial in providing therapeutic support and advocacy to individuals and families within a community health clinic framework. This full-time position is designed for a remote work setting, allowing flexibility while ensuring that our clients receive supportive and timely assistance. Although most work will be conducted from your home office, regular business hours are expected, with potential for evening and weekend commitments based on client needs and special programming. This role involves direct communication with clients via video conferencing and handling documentation through our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand the social, emotional, and psychological needs of clients, ensuring individualized care plans.
• Provide evidence-based individual and group counseling sessions, utilizing therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's unique situation.
• Develop and implement service plans that reflect clients' goals while ensuring alignment with their cultural and personal values.
• Act as a strong advocate for clients, helping them navigate access to vital resources and supporting their engagement with social justice issues.
• Contribute to the program's development and evaluation, assisting in grant writing and reporting to bolster funding sustainability.
• Engage in collaborations with local organizations, government agencies, and volunteers to enhance community outreach and service provision.
• Participate actively in team meetings, ongoing training sessions, and community events to strengthen professional skills and outreach efforts.

As an LCSW at Everyone's Counseling Center, you will primarily work with diverse populations, including low-income families, individuals facing mental health challenges, and marginalized groups seeking support for trauma-related issues. Your role will directly impact community health by providing culturally competent care that recognizes and respects each client’s background and experiences.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• Comprehensive understanding of trauma-informed care, advocacy, and the social justice landscape.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills, enabling effective client interactions and documentation.

• Experience working in a nonprofit organization or clinical setting is preferred, providing insight into community outreach and program development.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic approaches and community resource navigation will be advantageous.
