Position Overview

Everyone's Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote setting. This role is crucial in providing therapeutic support and advocacy to individuals and families within a community health clinic framework. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to make a tangible difference in the lives of our clients, with a compensation range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to understand the social, emotional, and psychological needs of clients, ensuring individualized care plans.
  • Provide evidence-based individual and group counseling sessions, utilizing therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's unique situation.
  • Develop and implement service plans that reflect clients' goals while ensuring alignment with their cultural and personal values.
  • Act as a strong advocate for clients, helping them navigate access to vital resources and supporting their engagement with social justice issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
