Epic Analyst (HB-Application analyst)


Pride Health is hiring an Epic Analyst (HB-Application analyst) for one of its healthcare clients.

This is a 26-week contract opportunity with competitive pay and benefits.


Location: Remote (Fort Worth, TX)

Job Type: Contract โ€“ 26 Weeks

Pay rate: $70 - $75 per hour

Schedule: Monday โ€“ Friday

Shift: Day Shift (8:00 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM)


Job Summary

The Epic Resolute HB Administration Systems Analyst will support the implementation, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and enhancement of clinical and business applications. This role is responsible for administering Epic Hospital Billing applications, supporting system upgrades, developing reports, resolving application issues, and ensuring optimal system performance.


Key Responsibilities:

โ€ข Administer and support Epic Resolute Hospital Billing (HB) applications.

โ€ข Analyze business requirements and modify applications to meet user needs.

โ€ข Participate in application implementations, upgrades, testing, and deployments.

โ€ข Develop and maintain reports and system documentation.

โ€ข Troubleshoot and resolve application and system issues.

โ€ข Monitor application performance and perform maintenance activities.

โ€ข Support Epic HB General Ledger functionality and related workflows.

โ€ข Collaborate with end users, vendors, and internal IT teams.

โ€ข Ensure quality control and testing prior to production releases.

โ€ข Maintain compliance with organizational policies and procedures.


Required Qualifications:

โ€ข High School Diploma or GED.

โ€ข Minimum 3 years of direct Systems Analyst or application support experience.

โ€ข Epic Resolute HB Administration Certification (Required).

โ€ข Experience supporting Epic Hospital Billing (HB).

โ€ข BLS Certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).

โ€ข Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

โ€ข Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field.

โ€ข Experience with Epic HB General Ledger.

โ€ข Experience working with collections vendors.

โ€ข Additional Information Technology certifications.

โ€ข Contractor must provide their own laptop, headset, and phone.

โ€ข Epic Resolute HB Administration Certification is mandatory.
