About This Role:

Maven is looking for a mission-driven, empathetic Fertility Nurse based in Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, or Australia who is fluent in Cantonese to support our members through virtual care services.

As a Maven provider, you will connect with members globally, helping scale access to high-quality healthcare. You will join a curated provider network spanning 30+ specialties and 350+ subspecialties, all dedicated to delivering holistic, high-value care. What You'll Do:

  • Provide virtual care, education, guidance, and support to individuals, couples, and families seeking fertility and reproductive health care, including:
    • Educate members on fertility assessments, treatment options, and the overall fertility journey
    • Explain common causes of infertility
    • Advise members on questions to ask in-person providers, bridging language or cultural gaps
    • Support members navigating between clinics, offering guidance on selecting the right facility
  • Capture encounter summary documentation in our practice management system, MPractice
  • Collaborate with Maven's Care Delivery team to ensure member needs are met, including recommendations for in-person referrals and follow-ups
  • Serve as an ambassador of Maven's unique care model, providing culturally humble care and championing our belief that better outcomes for women and families mean a better world for everyone
Who You Are:
  • Currently residing in Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, or Australia
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese (spoken and written)
  • Registered Nurse or Midwife with a valid practicing license from the relevant regulatory authority (e.g., Singapore Nursing Board) and in good standing
  • Holds a recognized nursing or midwifery qualification; additional training in fertility, IVF, or reproductive health is an advantage
  • Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience in women's health, obstetrics & gynecology, or fertility/IVF preferred
  • Experience with assisted reproductive technologies (e.g., IVF, IUI, egg freezing) is highly desirable
  • No history of malpractice claims or disciplinary action
  • Able to commit approximately 2 hours per week; this is a part-time, independent contractor role
  • Comfortable delivering care via a digital health platform; prior telehealth experience is a plus
  • Compassionate, patient-centered, and passionate about improving fertility and reproductive health outcomes
