Our mission is to provide effective treatment and support that empowers individuals to achieve their personal goals. We pride ourselves on creating a collaborative work environment, where both our therapists and clients feel supported and valued.

Work Environment

As a licensed therapist at our community health clinic, you will work in a supportive and resource-rich environment that promotes professional growth. Our team is composed of a diverse group of experienced professionals who are passionate about mental health advocacy. The remote work setting allows for a healthy work-life balance, enabling you to design a schedule that works best for you while fulfilling the needs of your clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs and formulate personalized treatment plans aimed at achieving significant results.
  • Lead one-on-one therapy sessions and facilitate group therapy to address issues such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and behavioral challenges, employing evidence-based practices.
  • Document all client interactions and progress with meticulous attention to detail, using our integrated electronic health record (EHR) system to maintain up-to-date information.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals including psychiatrists, case managers, and social workers to develop comprehensive support strategies for clients.
  • Engage in regular supervision and team meetings, contributing to case discussions and staying abreast of best practices in outpatient mental health care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This position primarily serves a diverse adult population in the Santa Rosa region, which includes individuals dealing with a variety of mental health disorders. You will be responsible for understanding and addressing the unique needs of each client, providing empathetic care that facilitates their journey towards recovery and improved mental health.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
  • An active and valid professional licensure in California, including LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.
  • Strong foundation in therapy techniques and case management.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage and support clients.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based treatment methodologies to deliver effective care.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience in outpatient settings is preferred.
  • Experience working with specific populations, such as those recovering from trauma or addiction, will be an asset.
  • A history of collaborative work within a multi-disciplinary team is encouraged.
Compensation and Benefits

In addition to a competitive salary between $85,000 and $117,000 per year, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance options, paid time off, and support for continued professional development. We are committed to fostering your growth as a practitioner with opportunities for training, workshops, and seminars relevant to your career.

Continuous learning is encouraged, ensuring that you remain at the forefront of mental health best practices.

Why Join Our Team

This is not just another job; it’s a chance to be part of a mission-driven organization that values its employees as much as its clients. By joining our team, you will contribute to positive mental health outcomes in our community, all while receiving the support you need to thrive professionally and personally.
