Program Manager, Commercial Learning & Development – Leadership Development

ATR International | Remote (PST hours – based out of Foster City, CA) | Contract | $68.35/hour

About the Role

We're looking for a Program Manager, Commercial Learning & Development (Leadership Development) to help design, deliver, and continuously improve leadership development programs for our US Commercial teams. You'll partner with internal stakeholders, training teams, and external vendors to bring high-quality virtual and in-person learning experiences to life — building leadership capability, strengthening peer leadership, and driving learner engagement across the organization.

If you're a highly organized, self-driven program manager who thrives on juggling multiple projects and turning complex training initiatives into smooth, well-run programs, we'd love to talk.

This is a remote role working PST hours out of our Foster City, CA site — we're especially glad to hear from candidates based in the Bay Area, though all qualified remote applicants are welcome to apply.

What You'll Do

●       Coordinate and support leadership development programs for US Commercial employees — virtual and in-person learning, sustainment activities, cohort communications, and learner engagement touchpoints

●       Help develop and execute training focused on communication, analytics, coaching, peer leadership, and leadership capabilities

●       Partner with Compliance and Legal to ensure training materials and workshops stay current, effective, and regulatory-compliant

●       Build and manage project plans, timelines, action items, status updates, and deliverables with cross-functional partners

●       Coordinate logistics for training sessions, stakeholder meetings, follow-up communications, and summary reports

●       Track attendance, learner feedback, completion metrics, and program data to measure impact and spot improvement opportunities

●       Partner with internal training teams and external vendors to keep projects on track and on deadline

●       Facilitate training calls, planning meetings, and workshops as needed

What You Bring

●       Bachelor's degree (BS/BA)

●       5+ years of professional experience in training, learning & development, project management, and/or leadership development

●       Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills — able to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines at once

●       Proficiency in Smartsheet, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and other collaboration tools for building instructional content and tracking classes, calendars, rosters, metrics, and timelines

●       Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and contribute to a team with minimal oversight

●       Strong communication, facilitation, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills

●       Demonstrated ability to collaborate across a global organization with employees, contractors, vendors, and partners

Nice to Have

●       Pharmaceutical or biotech industry experience

●       Experience supporting Commercial, field-based, or leadership development programs

●       Experience coordinating virtual and in-person learning programs

●       Experience managing vendors, agency partners, or external project contributors

●       Familiarity with learning metrics, dashboards, learner feedback, or completion reporting
