As a Remote Outpatient Therapist, you will work with a varied patient population, including individuals struggling with emotional distress, trauma, and life transitions. Your expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing their mental well-being and helping them achieve their goals through active therapy and ongoing support.

Qualifications
  • Masterโ€™s degree in a behavioral health field, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling.
  • Possession of an active and valid LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license in the State of California.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in therapy or case management settings, demonstrating a commitment to mental health care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for establishing rapport with clients and collaborating with team members.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), applied behavior analysis (ABA), or similar modalities is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records to enhance service delivery and client management.
  • Experience in group facilitation and therapeutic activities is a plus.
