As a Remote Therapist, you will work full-time, utilizing a HIPAA-compliant telemedicine platform to provide evidence-based therapeutic services. With a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 per year, this role is designed for licensed professionals eager to make a difference in the mental health field.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct short-term, evidence-based therapy sessions using live video, catering to clients seeking help for various mental health issues.
• Educate clients on essential coping skills, assist them in setting specific therapeutic goals, and provide them with the necessary tools for effective problem-solving.
• Maintain an organized caseload and document client progress meticulously, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Provide support and guidance both independently and collaboratively, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on adult patients from diverse backgrounds who may face a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, and life transitions. You will leverage your expertise to foster a safe and supportive environment for clients to express themselves and work through their concerns effectively.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• A current and valid license to practice in the State of California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
• California residency or the willingness to relocate to California is required.
• Proficient understanding of relevant state and federal laws regarding mental health practices.

Preferred Experience

• 3 to 4 years of clinical experience providing therapeutic services.
• Prior experience working with diverse populations and a strong understanding of culturally competent practices.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and innovative treatment methodologies that enhance patient engagement and outcomes.
