• Establish and maintain positive, trusting relationships with clients to foster effective therapeutic alliances.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose and treat mental health disorders in accordance with clients' needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, using evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
• Regularly meet with clients to provide therapy sessions, ensuring continuity of care and making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress, conducting ongoing assessments to pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and refer clients to specialists when necessary to ensure holistic care.
• Utilize digital tools and therapeutic software to effectively manage client records and document therapy progress.

Your primary focus will be on diverse populations, including individuals, couples, and families seeking support for a range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and substance abuse disorders. You will engage with clients in a manner that is respectful and sensitive to cultural differences, ensuring that their backgrounds and experiences inform treatment.

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling is preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based practices for treating substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.
• Strong therapeutic skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate clients toward positive change.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

• Experience in remote counseling is a plus, along with a familiarity with telehealth platforms.
• Previous engagement in multidisciplinary teams is beneficial for collaborative treatment plans.
• Background in trauma-informed care and crisis management will be advantageous in addressing client needs.

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience. A comprehensive benefits package is offered, which includes:
