This Opportunity:

  • Join an exceptional team dedicated to growing our Highway Engineering practice throughout the state of Indiana. This position can be located in the Munster, IN area, or surrounding areas or can be Remote in Indiana. This opportunity is also open to candidates wanting to work Hybrid
  • Manage all phases on highway projects including planning, design, and construction
  • Develop creative solutions to complex challenges, working closely with our team of engineers, designers and other professionals
  • Maintain close relationships with clients throughout development of projects and after completion, and help build and strengthen new client relationships
  • Provide valuable mentorship to junior engineers and designers


Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
  • Licensed Professional Engineer in the state of IN
  • Strong experience managing highway and transportation projects, including planning, design and construction
  • experience on INDOT projects


Preferred Qualifications:

  • A minimum of twelve (12) or more years of previous experience specializing in highway and transportation planning, design and construction
  • A minimum of five (5) years project management experience managing highway and transportation projects, including planning, design and construction
  • Knowledgeable of Indiana regional highway/transportation issues and familiarity with the municipal government client base
  • Previous experience in proposal and client management; demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities and win project proposals
  • Must reside in the state of Indiana or surrounding areas
  • Ability to travel as needed for team meetings, client consultations, business development excursions, on-site inspections/visits, etc
