Our clients include Amazon, Mars Wrigley, and National Geographic, the firms shaping the world's most ambitious projects.

Build What's Next in Digital Construction

At VIATechnik, we're redefining how the built world comes together. As a VDC Project Manager โ€“ Electrical, you won't just manage projects-you'll lead the delivery of cutting-edge BIM and VDC solutions that directly shape how complex projects are designed, coordinated, and constructed.

This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, construction, and leadership, partnering with top-tier clients and high-performing global teams to deliver outcomes that go beyond models-impacting real-world construction performance.

What You'll Do

  • Lead High-Impact Electrical VDC Projects
  • Own the full lifecycle of electrical BIM/VDC projects-from planning through execution-ensuring deliverables are accurate, coordinated, and truly usable in the field.
  • Be the Trusted Client Partner
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, translating complex technical requirements into clear strategies while building strong, long-term relationships.
  • Drive Innovation & Efficiency
  • Continuously improve how projects are delivered by optimizing workflows, enhancing coordination processes, and integrating new tools, including AI and automation.
  • Elevate Team Performance
  • Mentor and support project teams, sharing best practices and helping raise the bar for quality, consistency, and delivery excellence across the organization.

Innovation-Driven: Be part of a company pushing the boundaries of BIM, VDC, and digital construction

Career Growth: Expand into leadership, operational influence, and advanced VDC strategy roles

What You Bring

  • A bachelor's and/or master's degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction management or a similar discipline.
  • 5-10 years of project experience for a general contractor, trade contractor, or MEP design firm with 5+ years in a VDC capacity.
  • Electrical BIM/VDC Experience.
  • Background in MEP design and managing LOD300-LOD400 Revit models.
  • Strong technical understanding of project management processes, tools, systems, workflows, and schedules.
  • Proficiency in leading trade coordination, running and managing clash detection, and communicating results to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of project requirements and goals and how to accomplish them.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, excelling at developing relationships.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of primary building systems - foundations, primary building structure and walls, mechanical, electrical and plumbing, fire protection, specialty systems, conveying systems, interior finishes, and the sequence of assembly of each.
  • Availability for occasional travel to client sites.

What Success Looks Like

  • Projects delivered on time, on budget, and fully constructible
  • Clients who see you as a trusted advisor, not just a vendor
  • Teams that are more capable, aligned, and confident because of your leadership
  • Continuous improvements in efficiency, coordination, and quality

A True Career Move

This role is designed for professionals ready to step into greater ownership, broader impact, and long-term growth. If you're looking to move beyond execution into leadership and influence-this is your opportunity.
