As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs and establishing person-centered, recovery-based treatment plans tailored to each individual.
• Continuously evaluating the effectiveness of treatment strategies and adjusting them as necessary to align with clients' evolving needs.
• Collaborating with clients to enhance their coping mechanisms, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities through structured counseling sessions.
• Developing and monitoring individual service plans that address both immediate and long-term goals.
• Educating clients about accessible community resources and advocating for their integration into these services to enhance their support systems.

Your work will primarily focus on adults aged 18 and older who are navigating mental illness. Clients may face challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders, impacting their ability to maintain stable community living and relationships. Your role is crucial in supporting clients on their path to recovery, encouraging self-sufficiency, and fostering resilience in their everyday lives.

To excel in this role, candidates should have the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C).
• Ability to practice independently and without supervision, with no disciplinary actions on your license.
• Strong interpersonal skills that foster effective therapeutic relationships.
• Basic proficiency with computer systems and a reliable Wi-Fi connection for remote work.

While not mandatory, the following experience is preferred:

• Demonstrated experience providing direct clinical services to diverse patient populations.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatments and interventions in mental health counseling.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior management and daily living skills training programs.
• Knowledge of community support resources and navigating healthcare services.

We offer a competitive salary package ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
