Sales Manager - B2B Saas (Remote)

New York, NY • Remote

$30K - $100K/yr

Full-time

Re-posted 5 days ago

Job description

Localize is seeking an energetic, growth-minded Sales Manager to join our US-based remote team. Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Sales Manager plays an important role in overseeing a small team of Account Executives and guiding them to execute inbound sales strategies and accelerate growth. This opportunity is perfect for a process-minded sales management professional who has proven experience selling B2B SaaS products in a startup environment with annual contract values of $30K-100K.

As Sales Manager, you’ll have responsibility for managing sales team performance and accelerating your team's success and efficiency through group and individual coaching, frequent/real-time feedback, and deal strategy development & critique. You’ll work with the Head of Sales to leverage the foundational processes currently in place -- including a comprehensive sales playbook, CRM automations, sales strategies, and collateral -- to execute, iterate, and optimize Localize’s high performing, high growth, and scalable sales operation.

The ideal candidate is a process-oriented leader with a sharp mind and strong work ethic. Someone who can motivate, mentor and coach others and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to optimize repeatable and scalable processes for year over year growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for overseeing day to day sales operations and execution

  • Prepare and present accurate forecasting and reporting to the Head of Sales on a weekly basis.

  • Maintain a detailed understanding of active deals in the pipeline and assist sellers to move deals forward

  • Actively monitor team performance leveraging CRM pipelines, workflows, and reporting to ensure performance targets are met

  • Perform regular audits of CRM pipeline data to ensure activities are recorded accurately and in a timely manner, and all deals records are up to date.
  • Listen to sales calls and monitor CRM activity to provide real-time feedback to sellers

  • Coach, mentor, and develop your team to achieve sales goals and objectives.

  • Assist sellers with navigating deals through all stages of the sales pipeline.

  • Work closely with sellers to prepare proposals and negotiate late-stage deals.

  • Takes directive from the Head of Sales and translates strategy into executable plans.

  • Help develop and mature the sales department processes, doubling down on tactics that have proven to be successful and iterating where opportunities for improvement are identified.

  • Encourage cross-department collaboration and liaise with peers to drive opportunities forward leveraging team members outside of your immediate team when needed.

Experience and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience managing B2B SaaS inbound sales teams with annual deal sizes ranging from $30K-$100K.

  • Additional 5+ years of proven success meeting quotas in a B2B SaaS role

  • Advanced knowledge and proficiency using Hubspot automations and reporting is a must.

  • Excellent coaching and sales management skills including skill development, goal setting, and continuous feedback to drive results.

  • Process-focused working style that values accuracy, efficiency, and repeatability to drive growth.

  • A team player who is collaborative, coachable, and approachable.

  • Strong negotiating skills and closing techniques.

  • At least 4 consecutive years of remote work experience (mandatory)
