Senior Manager, Non-Drug Supply Strategy (Operations Senior Manager)

You will lead meaningful initiatives, strengthen supplier partnerships, and drive smarter planning to ensure the right supplies are available at the right time. This is an opportunity to influence outcomes, inspire teams, and deliver solutions that improve care and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of non-drug supply strategies that improve reliability, efficiency, and cost outcomes.
  • Turn business priorities into clear plans with measurable results that support growth and continuity.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing, cross-functional team with clear expectations and ongoing coaching.
  • Create a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with internal teams to align supply strategies with operational needs and service goals.
  • Improve processes to simplify work and increase efficiency across the supply chain.
  • Build strong supplier relationships that drive performance, innovation, and long-term value.
  • Expand sourcing strategies to improve resiliency and reduce risk.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 8+ years of experience in supplychain, operations,logistics, ora related field.
  • Experience in healthcare or pharmacy operations.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing supplier relationships in complex environments.
  • Strong communicationand stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to present effectively to senior leaders and external partners

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with pharmacy distribution or non-drug supply categories.
  • Experience with cold-chain or temperature-sensitive supply management.
  • Experience with demand planning, forecasting, or inventory management.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 114,000 - 190,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
