Job Description: Regional Sales Manager/Director

Reports to: Senior Vice President of Sales - Core Value Stream

  • As a key member of the Duke Sales Team for our Core Value Stream (K-12, Higher Ed, Business & Industry), this role has responsibility for all sales within the Eastern US.
  • Develops and execute sales and marketing programs to introduce new products, and increase share of existing products
  • Provides strategic business input to sales planning, product development and marketing
  • Manages day-to-day field sales effort for the Eastern Region
  • Acts as the face of Duke for Reps & Dealers and End Users, partnering with other Duke Corporate functions as needed to ensure customer success.

Education Requirements:

  • Manager-level, degree preferred but may substitute experience
  • For advancement to a Director-level role, a BS degree in a related field is required

Workplace Environmental Conditions:

  • Remote work but the ideal candidate would be someone in the Eastern US region
  • Typical office and factory environment, trade shows, and client environments
  • Travel requirement: Frequent overnight domestic travel is required (50-70%)
