As the Regional Marketing Manager - Field Marketing, you will lead portfolio marketing execution across CELSIUS®, ALANI NU®, and ROCKSTAR® within the Northeast Region. This role develops and executes regional marketing plans that align national brand priorities with local sales objectives, distributor initiatives, food service opportunities, and retail growth strategies. The position oversees market planning, activation strategy, budget management, employee leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to drive brand awareness, consumer engagement, and retail conversion. Working closely with Sales, distributors, food service partners, agency teams, vendors, and activation resources, this role delivers scalable, data-driven programs that support regional business objectives.

Field-Based: Role requires presence in the Northeast Region market

Base Salary Range: $80k–$95k 

Travel Requirements: This position requires up to 30% domestic travel throughout the Northeast Region

Driving Requirements: This is a driving position. A valid U.S. Driver’s License required; applicants must pass an MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) screening.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional marketing plans across CELSIUS®, ALANI NU®, and ROCKSTAR® that align national priorities with local sales objectives.
  • Identify market opportunities, cultural moments, and activation strategies that support regional business growth.
  • Build quarterly activation calendars designed to increase consumer trial, retail conversion, and food service penetration.
  • Optimize market investments and activation mix to maximize reach, engagement, and efficiency.
  • Partner with regional sales teams and distributor partners to align field marketing programs with retail priorities, account opportunities, and distribution objectives.
  • Support food service growth through local sampling programs, partnerships, and targeted activation efforts.
  • Provide marketing support for key account initiatives and market-specific opportunities.
  • Manage assigned regional marketing budgets, including planning, forecasting, spend management, invoice processing, reporting compliance, and ROI.
  • Track activation effectiveness and optimize investments based on business performance.
  • Support product forecasting, inventory planning, and resource allocation across the region.
  • Lead execution of regional activations, sponsorships, sampling programs, and experiential initiatives.
  • Manage and develop assigned employees while ensuring clear priorities, accountability, and executional excellence.
  • Partner with agency teams, vendors, and field resources to ensure consistent execution.
  • Maintain oversight of regional logistics, inventory management, warehouse operations, and activation assets.
  • Monitor and report regional performance metrics, including consumer reach, sampling volume, engagement efficiency, activation productivity, activation mix, and retail conversion impact.
  • Use market insights and reporting tools to identify optimization opportunities and share performance recaps and recommendations with internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, distributors, community organizations, retail partners, food service operators, and agency partners to drive successful program execution.
  • Support national initiatives and regional business priorities and contribute market insights and consumer feedback to broader organizational planning.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in field marketing, experiential marketing, regional marketing, or related roles within CPG, beverage, food service, or a related industry.
  • Experience developing and executing integrated marketing programs as well as partnering with sales organizations and distributor networks.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically throughout the Northeast Region.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong strategic planning, project management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to connect field marketing activity to business performance and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and accountability.
  • This is a driving position. A valid U.S. Driver’s License required; applicants must pass an MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) screening.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods as needed for activations and events.

The base salary range for this position is dependent on experience and location. The final offer will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, and qualifications. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
