Job description

We're looking for a strategic client partner to own the Smart Supply experience post-sale - turning signed deals into thriving, growing partnerships. You'll be the trusted expert clients rely on and the connective tissue across Growth, Planning, and Ad Ops, driving performance, unlocking expansion, and shaping how Smart Supply shows up in the market.
  • Post-Sales Client Management

Serve as the lead point of contact for Smart Supply clients once we have verbal agreement from clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive support.
Partners strategically with Growth to identify and execute account expansion strategies, driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities that maximize customer value and revenue growth.
  • Deal Delivery & Campaign Setup

Receive RFI/Deal information from Growth, collaborate with Planning and Strategy to build proposal and deal strategy and send client facing materials back to Growth
Support clients with campaign setup, including line-item configuration and targeting validation.
Lead strategic campaign kickoff meetings, aligning cross-functional stakeholders on business objectives, implementation strategy, timelines, execution plans, and success metrics.
  • Troubleshooting & Technical Support

Maintains a deep understanding of major DSPs and stays current on new platform features, updates, and product rollouts.
Demonstrates strong technical troubleshooting skills and a proactive, analytical approach to solving challenges across the ad tech ecosystem.
Act as a subject matter expert for PMP deal functionality and troubleshooting across platforms.
  • Reporting & Performance Insights

Monitor live campaign performance, delivery pacing, and troubleshoot under-delivery or anomalies.
Provide weekly or ad-hoc reporting with data-driven insights and optimization recommendations.
Create and present campaign wrap-ups summarizing performance, results, and next steps. (Ever green cadence to be defined by tiers).
  • Strategic Client Engagement

Support QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) with reporting, insights, and future opportunities.
Help educate clients on best practices and platform capabilities to maximize success with PMP.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Sales to understand client objectives and ensure alignment with deal execution.
Liaise with Ad Operations to coordinate setup accuracy, delivery pacing, and troubleshooting.
Contribute to ongoing process improvements and documentation to enhance the Smart Supply experience.
  • Bachelors degree
  • 5 years of client facing programmatic advertising experience, working within DSPs and SSPs.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability, ownership, and urgency in delivering outcomes.
  • Proven ability to uphold professional business connections
  • Strong communicator able to translate technical concepts and campaign insights to internal teams and agency partners.
