Job Title:  Oracle Field Service Lead 

Reports To:  Delivery Manager 

Department:  Advisory Practice 

Location:  Remote  

FLSA Status:  Exempt 

Employment Type:  Full-Time 

POSITION SUMMARY 

Red Clay Consulting (RCC Global LLC) is a leading implementation and advisory firm serving the utility industry across the U.S., Canada, and Colombia, South America. Our consultants serve as critical conduits for delivering game-changing solutions, installing and configuring software, advising on complex projects, guiding utility employees through system adoption, and ensuring those systems are maximized and maintained over time. In this role, the OFS Lead will lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Oracle Field Service solutions that optimize field operations, improve customer experiences, and increase operational efficiency. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and align with best practices. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

The following duties are representative of the work performed in this role. Other duties may be assigned as business needs evolve. 

  • Design and architect Oracle Field Service solutions to meet business requirements and drive efficiency in field operations. 

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation process, including requirement gathering, configuration, customization, testing, and deployment. 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define solution requirements and identify process improvements. 

  • Develop technical and functional documentation for solution architecture, workflows, and processes. 

  • Provide subject matter expertise in Oracle Field Service products and stay current on the latest features, best practices, and emerging industry trends. 

  • Troubleshoot issues, provide ongoing support, and conduct user training sessions for Oracle Field Service solutions. 

  • Ensure all solutions adhere to data security, compliance, and quality standards. 

  • Partner with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to drive adoption and maximize solution value. 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 

  • 5+ years of experience implementing Oracle Field Service or related enterprise field service solutions. 

  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect with demonstrated expertise in Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC). 

  • Strong understanding of field service processes, resource management, and customer service operations. 

  • Proficiency in solution design, configuration, and customization within Oracle Field Service Cloud. 

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills. 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) certification. 

  • Experience with other Oracle Cloud products or field service management software. 

  • Background in industries with complex field service operations, such as telecommunications, utilities, or logistics. 

  • Ability to travel 85% of the time in support of client engagements.
