  • Research, source, identify, and cold-call high-quality, industry-specific professionals throughout the US
  • Conduct pre-screen phone calls and video interviews with qualified candidates
  • Conduct professional references and complete synopsis to report and submit results to the client
  • Create dynamic and well-written candidate profiles based on prescreening phone calls, video interview evaluations, work sample reviews, and references conducted
  • Successfully match candidates to client profiles while carefully considering all technical, interpersonal, experiential, tangible, and intangible factors
  • Obtain and use feedback to enhance customer relationships and continuously improve the quality of service, add value, and enhance the client experience
  • Become familiar with and use various recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, Zoom Info, our applicant tracking system, Bullhorn, as well as our internal forms and templates for interviewing
  • Actively network and continuously add connections on LinkedIn to expand your professional network
QUALIFICATIONS amp; SKILLS
  • 1+ years of marketing, customer service, or sales experience preferred
  • Maturity to recruit career professionals – you love “the hunt”
  • A self-starter with a positive attitude, “people skills,” and a passion for engaging people in conversation
  • Experience using Outlook, LinkedIn, Microsoft Office amp; SharePoint, ATS or CRM Software, etc.
