This remote role allows for flexibility while ensuring high-quality care for our patients. While the majority of your work will be conducted from your home office, there will be opportunities for collaborative meetings and workshops using advanced telehealth technologies. • Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate the mental health needs of patients, crafting individualized treatment plans targeting their specific challenges.
• Deliver short-term individual counseling and crisis intervention services, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, and tailoring your approach to each patient’s unique situation.
• Facilitate engaging therapy groups and professional workshops that enlighten participants on mental health topics, coping strategies, and personal development techniques.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary hospital departments and community organizations to ensure each patient receives comprehensive, holistic care.
• Participate in outreach initiatives aimed at enhancing mental health awareness within the community, such as workshops, webinars, and wellness events.
• Maintain strict compliance with ethical and legal standards by managing accurate and confidential patient records using secure electronic health record systems.

Our patients include individuals from various demographics experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, substance abuse, and emotional distress. • Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD).
• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Demonstrated proficiency in understanding the unique mental health challenges prevalent in hospital settings and effective delivery of therapeutic modalities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients and interdisciplinary medical teams.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and brief therapy models appropriate for a clinical counseling environment.
• Ability to navigate a fast-paced healthcare environment while juggling multiple patient cases and prioritizing effectively.

While not mandatory, experience in a hospital or outpatient setting and familiarity with telehealth platforms are advantageous. Additionally, proficiency in treatment modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or mindfulness-based therapies will enhance your ability to meet the diverse needs of our patients.

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, based on experience and credentials.
