Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate the mental health needs of patients, crafting individualized treatment plans targeting their specific challenges.
  • Deliver short-term individual counseling and crisis intervention services, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, and tailoring your approach to each patientโ€™s unique situation.
  • Facilitate engaging therapy groups and professional workshops that enlighten participants on mental health topics, coping strategies, and personal development techniques.
  • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary hospital departments and community organizations to ensure each patient receives comprehensive, holistic care.

  • Maintain strict compliance with ethical and legal standards by managing accurate and confidential patient records using secure electronic health record systems.

Qualifications
  • Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD).
  • A minimum of a Masterโ€™s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

Preferred Experience
