• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients' traumatic experiences and therapeutic needs.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that emphasize trauma recovery and resilience, ensuring they align with evidence-based practices.
• Utilize specialized therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), during individual and group therapy sessions.
• Facilitate therapy sessions designed to help patients process trauma, establish coping strategies, and promote overall healing and well-being.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and support staff, to guarantee integrated care for all clients.
• Respond promptly to crisis situations, providing essential support during trauma-related emergencies.
• Educate clients and their families on trauma responses, effective coping mechanisms, and available community resources.
• Maintain precise documentation that adheres to legal and ethical standards for confidentiality and patient care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, staying informed about the latest advancements in trauma therapy through case consultations and collaborative meetings.

We primarily serve individuals affected by trauma, including those with PTSD, complex trauma histories, and dissociative disorders. Each therapist will work closely with a diverse clientele, offering a space for healing and support tailored to the unique experiences and challenges that trauma presents. Understanding and connecting with our patients is crucial for paving their paths toward recovery and resilience.

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington.
• Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in mental health counseling, particularly with trauma-focused interventions.
• Deep understanding of trauma-related disorders and familiarity with trauma-informed treatment modalities.
• Proficient in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant computer applications for accurate documentation.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a genuine compassionate approach to client care.
• Ability to remain composed and focused in high-pressure situations, facilitating a supportive environment for clients.
• Demonstrated capacity to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team setting.

• Experience delivering trauma-focused therapies and interventions within a telehealth framework.
• A history of engaging in continuous education, staying current with the evolving knowledge in trauma therapy.
• Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload of clients, balancing treatment goals with practical scheduling considerations.
