Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments using structured interviews and standardized tools to evaluate clients' mental health, substance use, strengths, and challenges.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy grounded in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with measurable goals, regularly assessing progress and adjusting interventions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, nurses, and recovery coaches, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to enhance clients’ understanding of their conditions and recovery strategies.
  • Offer crisis intervention, conducting risk assessments and safety planning to manage clients in acute distress.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment modalities, and progress per ethical and legal standards, utilizing appropriate electronic health record (EHR) systems.
