Job description

Summary
The Project Manager will lead the delivery of non-personal, advisory and assistance services (A&AS) to support correspondence management, digital workspaces, and administrative workflow improvements for ORMS leadership. The role involves technical project management, strategic planning, milestone tracking, and optimizing business tools virtually.
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute logistics for meetings, conferences, exhibits, and outreach events, including venue selection, signage, invitations, attendance tracking, and on-site support.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage the Project Management Plan (PMP)
  • This will be a remote role.
  • Track project milestones, schedules, risks, and deliverables.
  • Manage executive meeting agendas, facilitate meetings, and document action items and decisions.
  • Prepare monthly progress reports, annual reports, briefings, presentations, and status updates.
  • Provide strategic planning and business process improvement recommendations.
  • Support correspondence management, records management, FOIA, FACA, and content management initiatives.
  • Coordinate Section 508 compliance activities and document remediation efforts.
  • Support website and content management alignment activities.
  • Develop SOPs, transition plans, knowledge transfer plans, and quality control processes.
  • Provide advisory and assistance services related to federal records management and controlled correspondence programs
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience providing business services to Federal organizations.
  • A minimum of 2 years of direct experience with Federal correspondence management systems.
  • Subject Matter Expertise (SME): Proven expertise in:
  • Federal Records Management, including FOIA and FACA requirements.
  • Section 508 Regulations.
  • Technical writing requirements for the federal government.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with Natural Resource Preservation organizations will be viewed more favorably by the government evaluation team.
