The Staff Pad has partnered with a rapidly growing, multi-state law firm recognized for delivering high-quality legal services across civil litigation, probate, real estate, and business law. With a strong reputation for client advocacy and results, the firm is seeking an experienced Business & Real Estate Litigator (Of Counsel) licensed in Colorado.

This role is an excellent fit for a seasoned litigator or small/solo practitioner who wants to maintain professional independence while gaining access to supplemental caseload support. The firm provides a robust infrastructure, administrative resources, and a consistent client pipeline—allowing attorneys to focus on practicing law within a flexible Of Counsel structure.


Key Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in business and real estate disputes, including contract, partnership, and property-related litigation

  • Conduct discovery, depositions, motion practice, and courtroom advocacy
