Position Overview

Tower Health Psychotherapy PC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote team. This full-time role enables you to provide critical support and therapeutic interventions to clients at our Detox Center, helping them navigate their mental health journeys and achieve improved well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gauge clients' mental health status and needs.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, and families, employing methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic client care, sharing insights and treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation while adhering to legal and ethical standards.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops and training, to stay informed about the latest developments in mental health research and practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role focuses on providing mental health support to a diverse population, including individuals in detox programs and those affected by substance misuse, trauma, and other significant life challenges. You will play a crucial role in helping clients establish recovery goals, facilitating their journey toward emotional well-being and personal empowerment.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field.
  • Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Colorado.
  • A minimum of two years' experience in a counseling role, preferably within a clinical setting.
  • Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in social work practice.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
  • Demonstrated capacity for collaboration within a therapeutic team.
  • Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) software and related technologies.
Preferred Experience
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a closely related field.
  • Specialization or experience in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, and substance use treatment is highly desirable.
