This position will allow you to work from the comfort of your home, while still staying connected with your colleagues in our outpatient setting. Our remote work model ensures you have the flexibility you need while maintaining a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Collaboration with a dedicated team of mental health professionals, regular supervision, and peer support will be emphasized to enhance your effectiveness and well-being.

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to understand their mental health status and challenges.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and patient needs.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, providing effective tools and strategies for overcoming issues.

• Maintain ongoing documentation and progress notes using electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure continuity of care.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, providing referrals to psychiatrists or other healthcare providers as necessary.

• Stay current with training on new therapeutic methods and approaches to improve patient outcomes.

As a therapist with Uplifting Behavioral System LLC, you will work with a diverse client population facing myriad mental health challenges. Your caseload may vary widely, encompassing clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological conditions. Cultural competence and a responsive approach are essential to your practice, ensuring that you respect and understand the unique backgrounds and needs of each individual.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensing in the state of California as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a behavioral health setting.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients from varied backgrounds.

• Proven ability to manage crises effectively, demonstrating calmness and professionalism in challenging situations.

• Familiarity with EHR systems and adeptness at using technology for patient management.

• Experience delivering both individual and group therapy, particularly using culturally responsive interventions.

• Previous roles in outpatient settings with diverse patient populations.

• Engagement in ongoing professional development and familiarity with current best practices in mental health therapy.

This position offers an annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications, plus the potential for an additional $1,000 sign-on bonus. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
