Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conduct comprehensive client evaluations to assess needs, strengths, and challenges.
• Develop individualized care plans that incorporate evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Facilitate both one-on-one and group therapy sessions, fostering a safe space for sharing and growth.
• Provide mental health support to clients dealing with PTSD, anxiety, depression, and various behavioral challenges.
• Maintain detailed and organized documentation to track client progress and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with other health professionals, including case managers and psychiatrists, to ensure coordinated care.

To excel in this position, you must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• At least two years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Superior organizational skills to manage multiple cases and documentation requirements effectively.

While not mandatory, candidates with the following experience will stand out:

• Background in evidence-based treatment methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or similar modalities.
• Experience working within a community health clinic or similar environment emphasizing accessibility and diversity.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
