Sales Enablement Specialist (Contract | Remote)

We are seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Specialist to support a large-scale onboarding initiative during a high-growth hiring period. This role will focus on delivering engaging, instructor-led training to new sales hires and ensuring successful onboarding outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate virtual instructor-led training sessions via Zoom using pre-built curriculum and slide decks
  • Quickly review training materials and deliver sessions with minimal ramp time
  • Manage and engage cohorts of 10โ€“30 learners
  • Track learner progress, including attendance and course completion
  • Partner with sales leadership and onboarding teams to provide updates on learner performance
  • Offer feedback to instructional designers to improve training content

Facilitation & Training Delivery

โ€ข Lead instructor-led sessions (30โ€“40%) via Zoom

โ€ข Facilitate training using existing slide decks and curriculum

โ€ข Quickly review content and deliver within 1โ€“2 days

โ€ข Manage cohorts:

o Typical: 10โ€“15 learners

o Surge: up to 25โ€“30 learners

โ€ข Maintain engagement and handle:

o Difficult learners

o Incorrect responses

o Coaching in real-time

Training Management

โ€ข Assign and track online/self-paced modules

โ€ข Monitor:

o Course completions

o Attendance

o Learner progress

Stakeholder Collaboration

โ€ข Work closely with:

o Onboarding (OB) facilitators & designers

o Sales leadership

o New hire managers

โ€ข Responsibilities include:

o Weekly reporting on learner performance

o Providing insights on:

o Aligning with leadership on role expectations and updates

Content Feedback (Not Creation)

โ€ข Provide feedback to instructional designers

โ€ข Share learner insights to improve training materials

โ€ข No requirement to build or design content

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a facilitator, trainer, or sales trainer
  • Strong presentation and virtual facilitation skills, with the ability to engage large audiences
  • Ability to quickly learn and deliver content independently
  • Experience in sales or familiarity with sales methodologies (preferred)

Tools & Experience

  • Experience with Google Workspace (Slides), Zoom, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms (e.g., Docebo) and sales tools is a plus
  • Bonus: experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Orum, or similar tools

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $59.66 - $59.66/hr.
