To thrive as a Remote Radio Engineer, you need a solid understanding of wireless communication systems, network troubleshooting, and RF (radio frequency) engineering, often supported by a degree in telecommunications, electrical engineering, or a related field. Proficiency with radio network planning tools, signal analysis software, and relevant certifications such as CCNA or RF-specific credentials are highly beneficial.
