This is a fully remote position, allowing you to deliver high-quality counseling services from the comfort of your own home. • Conduct thorough evaluations of clients to assess their mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique circumstances.
• Facilitate individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities to ensure effective engagement and progress.
• Document each client session meticulously, tracking their progress and adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to enhance outcomes.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare providers, including medical professionals and support staff, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality to protect client information, building trust through a safe and respectful therapeutic space.

In this role, you will work closely with a wide range of clients, including adolescents, adults, and families facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your empathy and understanding will guide clients through their healing journeys, empowering them to overcome obstacles and develop coping strategies that contribute to sustained wellness.

• A Master's degree in Counseling or a related field is mandatory.
• A valid state licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) is required.
• At least two years of hands-on experience in a counseling setting, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic techniques and client management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Technical proficiency in telehealth platforms and the ability to thrive in a remote work environment.

• Experience with specific populations, such as children or the elderly.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including CBT, DBT, or EMDR.
• Prior involvement in community outreach or wellness programs.
• Understanding of electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and tracking purposes.
