- Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial as needed
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in insurance defense and or commercial litigation
- Licensed and in good standing in Florida
- Strong writing, analytical, and case management skills
- Experience handling complex litigation matters independently
- Ability to work remotely while collaborating with a national team
