We are seeking motivated individuals interested in developing a career in life insurance sales.
This is a remote, independent contractor sales position. Representatives work directly with individuals and families to identify insurance needs, explain available coverage options, and assist clients with applications for appropriate life insurance and retirement-related insurance products.
Previous insurance experience is not required. Candidates with backgrounds in sales, customer service, hospitality, banking, financial services, or other client-facing roles are encouraged to apply.
Training, mentorship, technology resources, product education, and guidance through the insurance licensing process are available.
ResponsibilitiesAn active life insurance license is preferred but is not required to apply.
Candidates who are not currently licensed must obtain the appropriate state insurance license before conducting insurance sales or receiving commissions from insurance transactions.
Licensing requirements and associated costs vary by state. Candidates have access to guidance and educational resources to assist them through the licensing process.
Obtaining a license does not guarantee carrier appointment or continued engagement.
CompensationRepresentatives are compensated based on eligible insurance business they personally produce that is issued by participating insurance carriers.
Compensation may vary based on the insurance product, carrier compensation schedule, individual production, policy placement, persistency, licensing status, and carrier appointment.
Independent contractors are responsible for their own taxes and applicable business expenses.
