Position Summary:

Royal Caribbean Group is looking for a People Analytics Insights Co-Op Intern who enjoys using data to deliver insights through storytelling and making an impact on employee experience for over 95K employees from over 120 countries.

The purpose of this internship is for students to gain valuable work experience in the field of organizational sciences that will allow them to apply what they have learned throughout their time in their program. The goal of this internship is to provide students with relevant job experience that will increase their marketability after graduation. This internship is for credits that count toward the intern's degree, and are necessary for graduation; therefore, intern remuneration is not expected or provided.

A successful People Analytics Insights Co-Op Intern at Royal Caribbean Group will:ย 

  • Contribute to projects that will deliver meaningful insightsย 
  • Participate in data-driven discussionsย 
  • Collaborate across teams to update analytics use-cases with appropriate success metrics and clearly defined key outcomesย ย 
  • Build compelling stories around People opportunities/initiatives/outcomes to help HR make optimal decisionsย 
  • Use data to deliver actionable insights to impact business outcomesย 
  • Act as SME in Royal Caribbean Group HR and share best practicesย 
  • Champion the data privacy and governance rules and demonstrate exceptional judgement when dealing with sensitive dataย 
  • Collaborate effectively with other members of the People Analytics team, and with other teamsย 

Qualifications:ย 

  • Enrolled in a graduate or undergraduate program in Business, Management, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Industrial-Organizational Psychology or related field
  • Experience analyzing data and delivering data insights
