• Build and nurture a trusting, positive rapport with patients during virtual sessions.
• Diagnose and treat a variety of mental health disorders, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each individual’s unique circumstances.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that outline therapeutic objectives and approaches to support clients' mental health goals.
• Conduct regular therapy sessions for individuals and couples, providing emotional support and practical strategies to overcome life's challenges.
• Perform ongoing assessments of patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Participate in case discussions with colleagues when referral to specialists is necessary, ensuring comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards.

Our patients encompass a diverse demographic, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma-related disorders. As an LMFT, you will tailor your approach to meet the unique needs of each client, fostering a safe and constructive environment for therapeutic exploration. Your skills will directly contribute to improving their overall quality of life and mental resilience.

• A valid LMFT license in the state of Texas is required.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is essential.
• Knowledge of best practices in mental health therapy and a strong understanding of evidence-based treatments.
• Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration with clients and team members.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health counseling role, particularly within family and marriage therapy.
• Previous experience in addiction counseling is advantageous, as it aligns with our commitment to comprehensive mental health services.
• Familiarity with co-occurring disorders and evidence-based approaches to substance abuse treatment is highly desirable.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including:
