Our trading operations cover key exchanges. The firm trades across a broad range of asset classes, including equities, equity derivatives, options, commodity futures, rates futures, etc. We employ a diverse and growing array of algorithmic trading strategies, utilizing both High-Frequency Trading (HFT) and Medium-Frequency Trading (MFT) approaches. We've got a team of 200+ professionals, with a strong emphasis on technology - 70% are technical specialists in development, infrastructure, testing, and analytics spheres. The remaining part of the team supports our business operations, such as Risks, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and more.

Job Description
We are building a new systematic US equities trading initiative and are looking for experienced traders with a strong understanding of alpha generation, portfolio construction, and execution.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and evaluate systematic equity trading opportunities.
  • Collaborate with research and technology teams on strategy deployment.
  • Identify new sources of alpha across US equities.
  • Drive improvements in execution and portfolio construction.
  • Participate in the design of trading infrastructure and analytics.

Qualifications
Requirements
  • 5+ years trading US equities.
  • Experience running or contributing to profitable systematic strategies.
  • Understanding of alpha generation, risk management and portfolio construction.
  • Experience with intraday and/or medium-frequency strategies.
  • Strong understanding of market microstructure.
