• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans that reflect best practices in solution-based therapy.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual and group therapy, while adapting approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical records using our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and internal protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, medical staff, and community resources, to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and quality assurance in service delivery.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, empowering them with knowledge about available resources and strategies for well-being.
• Remain current with advancements in mental health research and best practices, integrating new information to enhance treatment outcomes.

Your work will primarily involve supporting a diverse array of patients who seek assistance for various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. You will engage with individuals across different age groups and backgrounds, providing culturally sensitive and individualized care that promotes recovery and emotional resilience.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid and active LCSW license in the state of Nevada.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, specifically focused on psychotherapy and mental health treatment.
• Strong foundation in solution-based therapy techniques, demonstrating proficiency in implementing effective interventions.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
