As an LCSW with Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your primary responsibility will be to provide psychotherapy services to individuals facing a diverse range of mental health challenges. Specifically, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that leverage established best practices and solution-focused interventions.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to cater to the unique needs and preferences of clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation following HIPAA guidelines and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to achieve coordinated and effective care for our clients.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review sessions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and quality assurance in care delivery.
• Provide valuable education and support to patients and their families regarding mental health issues and treatment options, empowering them to engage in their care proactively.
• Stay informed of the latest research, techniques, and advancements in the mental health field and incorporate this knowledge into your clinical practice.

You will work with a diverse population of patients, including children, adolescents, and adults, who present with various mental health disorders or challenges. These may include anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and additional complex emotional needs. As part of our holistic approach, you will adapt your therapeutic methods to align with each client's cultural background, personal experiences, and treatment goals.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from a Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) accredited program.
• A valid and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Nevada.
• At least 2 years of direct clinical experience, particularly in delivering psychotherapy services to individuals.
• Competency in solution-focused therapy techniques and a commitment to continuous professional development.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect effectively with patients and team members.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, critical thinking skills, and a proven capacity to work collaboratively within a team environment.

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in hospice settings or working with terminally ill patients may find this role particularly fulfilling. Familiarity with palliative care principles and psychosocial support practices is advantageous.
