Role : Tableau and SQL Server Developer
Location: Remote

Description of Job:
This position is critical for supporting and standardizing data management work at the department. This position has a unique level of expertise in designing, building, consolidating,
and maintaining statewide data reporting systems. This position accesses performance data from many data systems across the Department, and designs and builds
statewide data reporting systems which have a transformative impact on how the Department is able to assess and manage performance at the Executive Management level, at the program
level, and at the county level. This position understands complex logic behind performance measures from diverse programs in the department and translates them into SQL code to
extract performance data from many technical CDHS data systems and synthesizes the data into a standardized statewide reporting system
Scope of Work:
Years of demonstrated experience as an SQL developer and database administrator
Years of demonstrated experience using Tableau
Years of demonstrated experience with data visualization and report creation
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to interpret and analyze data
Keen attention to detail
Ability to collaborate and achieve consensus across work units and programs

Three (3) years of professional experience as a developer or database administrator
Advanced proficiency with SQL

Has experience doing data quality assurance on large scale projects
Minimum Requirements:
Three (3) years of professional experience as a developer or database administrator
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
