This is a remote position.

About Us
Our client designs and delivers custom control, automation and turnkey compressed air solutions that cut energy use, lower costs, and improve reliability.

The Role
Lead on-site compressed air system assessments to identify energy, reliability, and production improvements. Deliver clear, quantified recommendations and work with the team to convert assessments into implementable solutions.

Core Responsibilities
  • Lead full-site supply- and demand-side compressed air assessments.
  • Collect and analyze pressure, flow, power, and air-quality data; size and baseline systems.
  • Use data loggers and field instruments (flow meters, pressure/current transmitters, power meters, dew point sensors).
  • Quantify energy and cost savings and document findings in client reports and presentations.
  • Develop preliminary schematic designs: single-line drawings, P&IDs, equipment schedules, piping diagrams.
  • Communicate findings to clients and internal teams; help refine assessment process and go-to-market approach.
Must-have Qualifications
  • 5+ years in manufacturing/industrial engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Bachelorโ€™s in Mechanical Engineering preferred (or comparable experience).
  • Practical experience designing or assessing industrial compressed air systems.
  • Comfortable in industrial settings; able to use hand tools, work at heights, and stand/walk for long periods.
  • Strong Excel and MS Office skills; excellent written/verbal presentation ability.
  • Valid driverโ€™s license; US citizenship required.
  • Able to travel ~50% (typically 2โ€“3 weeks/month).
