About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Wholesale Coordinator to join our Landen Team. The Global Wholesale Coordinator is responsible for the administration and logistical support to the Wholesale Department. You will be providing customer service to the Wholesale accounts and support the growth of the Wholesale department. You are energetic, enthusiastic and have a genuine passion for customer service. You show a balance of professionalism, warmth and strong product knowledge to assist in the day to day with confidence. You will be reporting to the Global Wholesale Manager.
Responsibilities:
Order Management Order entry and processing. Actioning production updates and order cleaning/preparation prior to launch.
Invoicing/Accounts receivable: - Invoicing and accounts receivable management and related admin.
Wholesale distribution- Coordinating wholesale distribution operations including in-season stock requests and returns.
Logistics - Liaising with and supporting warehouse team on dispatch of orders.
Reporting & Analysis Assisting in the preparation of monthly & seasonal reports, including analysis of sales figures and best / worst sellers. Assisting in the reporting on key wholesale KPIs and sales results.
Internal and External Relationship Management Working closely with key departments to ensure the needs of the wholesale accounts are met. Building strong relationships with key accounts globally to maximise and deepen relationships and future partnership opportunities. Nurturing internal relationships across all departments and stakeholders of the business.
Sales- Assisting the Global Wholesale Manager in wholesale indent sales & re-orders. Assisting in event execution, and any special projects. Assisting the booking of clients in for season sales. Supporting customer orders to ensure that they meet deadlines. Assisting in the review of orders and ensuring they are correctly processed.
Relevant skills & attributes:
* Prior experience in similar role is a plus
* High level of verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
* A true collaborator with the ability to work autonomously.
* Motivated, self-disciplined and shows initiative.
* Strong computer skills required (Excel)
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to problem solve, prioritise and multitask in a dynamic environment
