You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely* from anywhere within the U.S., preferably in Minneapolis, MN or Irvine, CA, as you take on some tough challenges.

 

Primary Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Vision

  • Define and own the technology strategy for Clinical & Client Experience platforms, ensuring alignment to enterprise goals and digital transformation initiatives
  • Build a multi year roadmap leveraging cloud modernization, automation, analytics, and AI/GenAI capabilities
  • Partner closely with clinical operations, product, enterprise architecture, data, and engineering leadership teams to prioritize investments

Technology Delivery & Execution

  • Lead delivery of complex, large-scale clinical technology programs including case management, PA workflow systems, provider-facing solutions, and client reporting/analytics
  • Establish engineering excellence frameworks, Agile delivery models, and DevSecOps practices
  • Oversee modern web application, cloud-native, and PEGA workflow modernization efforts
  • Maintain accountability for reliability, scalability, security, uptime, and performance across all platforms

AI & Intelligent Automation

  • Champion AI adoption to solve clinical and client experience challenges - such as summarization, agent-based automation, intelligent routing, recommendation engines, and workflow optimization
  • Partner with enterprise AI teams to leverage platforms like GitHub Copilot, and AI Factory for rapid solution development

Stakeholder & Client Engagement

  • Serve as a trusted technology partner to internal/external clients, clinical operations, account management, and product teams
  • Engage with senior business leaders to translate needs into technology strategies, while maintaining proactive relationship management
  • Represent technology in client conversations to strengthen trust, transparency, and delivery confidence

People Leadership & Organizational Development

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high performing, diverse engineering and product delivery organization
  • Build a culture focused on employee experience, empowerment, psychological safety, capability uplift, and continuous improvement
  • Drive talent transformation through upskilling, modern engineering practices, and cross-functional collaboration

Required Qualifications:

  • 15 years of progressive experience in technology delivery, engineering leadership, or digital transformation
  • Proven experience leading large-scale digital transformation programs in global, matrixed organizations
  • Deep expertise in healthcare technology delivery, preferably in PBM, clinical platforms, utilization management, or provider-facing technologies
  • Azure Cloud (Data, Integration, App Services, DevOps) experience
  • PEGA workflow and case management platforms experience
  • Experience with Agile / Scaled Agile methodologies
  • Hands-on experience implementing AI/ML or GenAI solutions to improve operational and clinical outcomes
  • Proven exceptional communication, stakeholder influencing, and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and transform teams, drive change, and build a culture of innovation and excellence

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience in global delivery leadership and distributed engineering teams
  • Demonstrated background in data engineering, digital product management, or clinical systems modernization
  • Proven understanding of compliance, security, privacy, and risk frameworks in healthcare

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $159,300 to $273,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
