Work Environment

You will work predominantly from a remote setting as part of our outpatient office framework.   • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and mental health diagnoses, developing personalized treatment plans based on established best practices.
  • Implement short-term counseling interventions for patients addressing various issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, addiction, domestic violence, and behavioral health challenges.
  • Provide timely and effective short-term case management services to ensure that patients are fully supported during their treatment journey.
  • Participate actively in crisis intervention, including assessment and de-escalation, while collaborating with the public mental health crisis response team when necessary.
  • Engage in follow-up assessments and develop prevention strategies with team members to enhance patient safety and reduce the risk of recurrence of mental health crises.
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary treatment teams and external agencies to ensure optimal patient outcomes and holistic care support.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The diverse clientele you will work with includes children, adolescents, and adults from various backgrounds, presenting an array of mental health conditions. Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in behavioral science with relevant post-licensure experience of at least two years.

  • Strong clinical skills and a track record of working successfully with individuals and groups in mental health settings.
