Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a remote school-based setting. This full-time position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 80,000. This role is performed remotely, focusing specifically on school-based interventions for children aged zero to three. You will work closely with early intervention teams to develop tailored strategies and support for children with disabilities or developmental delays, all while leveraging modern communication tools to maintain efficient and effective collaboration with families and educational staff.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to determine their developmental needs and strengths.
• Engage actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) that address the unique requirements of each child.
• Monitor and assess child progress as part of a multidisciplinary team, adjusting interventions as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Provide ongoing support and resources to families, fostering an inclusive atmosphere that encourages active participation in their child's development.
• Ensure compliance with all Federal and State regulations, upholding high standards of confidentiality and ethical practice.
• Administer evaluations and develop individualized strategies using evidence-based practices centered on the Natural Learning Environment.
• Foster strong therapeutic relationships with children, families, and team members to create a conducive learning and development atmosphere.
• Implement and regularly review the IFSPs based on the evolving needs of the child and family priorities.
• Deliver training and guidance to families, providing them with the necessary skills to enhance their child's unique development trajectory.
• Adhere to all health and safety standards, ensuring a safe working environment for staff and served individuals.

Your primary focus will be on infants and toddlers who exhibit developmental challenges or disabilities. You will assist families in understanding their child’s developmental milestones and provide them with tools to promote growth across physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication domains, ensuring a holistic approach to child development.

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required, with an active LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health.
• A minimum of one year’s experience in early intervention settings is essential, showcasing your ability to work effectively within diverse family dynamics.
• Proven experience in using Natural Learning Environment Practices is highly valued.
• A valid driver’s license is necessary, as travel may be required for home visits and community engagement.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle various responsibilities and case loads efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills that encompass listening, verbal, and written abilities to foster effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to adapt to various learning styles and family needs to ensure the most effective intervention strategies are applied.
