• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients’ mental health needs, crafting individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, groups, and families, employing various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated and holistic care, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of treatment.
• Offer crisis intervention support to clients experiencing acute distress, utilizing your skills to navigate emergency situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Participate in community outreach and educational initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness and reducing stigma, thereby fostering a more informed public.

You will engage with a diverse clientele that includes individuals from varied ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. This role demands a sensitivity to the unique challenges faced by these populations, including trauma, depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues. Your work will empower clients to address their mental health challenges through tailored support and guidance.

• Active and independent license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish meaningful rapport with clients and promote therapeutic relationships.
• Diverse cultural competence and sensitivity to facilitate effective work with individuals from various backgrounds.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-ups with clients.

• Experience in providing telehealth services and familiarity with digital documentation platforms is highly beneficial.
• A background in community mental health settings or experience working with underrepresented populations is preferred.
• Prior experience with crisis intervention techniques and crisis management is an asset.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and professional credentials.
