This position is entirely remote, offering the benefit of flexible working hours while maintaining a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Some evening shifts may be necessary based on client needs, ensuring we meet the varying schedules of those we serve. As a member of our all-virtual team, you will leverage advanced telehealth platforms, facilitating seamless interaction and therapy delivery to clients across different locations.

• Create and conduct thorough assessments to identify individual needs and formulate tailored treatment goals for each client.
• Develop and implement comprehensive, evidence-based treatment plans, integrating a variety of therapeutic interventions.
• Provide individual counseling sessions utilizing motivational interviewing techniques and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to facilitate meaningful change.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions that foster community support, reduce feelings of isolation, and encourage shared learning among participants.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, addiction medicine specialists, and multidisciplinary professionals to deliver integrated, holistic care to patients.
• Provide crisis intervention services and immediate support to clients encountering acute substance-related emergencies.
• Educate patients and their families about the dynamics of addiction, recovery methodologies, and available community resources.
• Ensure meticulous documentation of patient progress, treatments, and interactions while adhering to ethical and legal standards for confidentiality.
• Participate actively in team meetings and case consultations, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Stay informed about current trends in substance use disorder treatments and continuously apply new knowledge to your practice.

Your work will focus primarily on individuals battling substance use disorders, with a specific emphasis on compassionately guiding patients toward recovery. You will interact with clients from various backgrounds, each presenting unique challenges and strengths. By engaging with patients through our telehealth platform, you can provide essential services to those who may otherwise lack access to critical mental health resources.

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT within the state of Oregon.
• A solid understanding of substance use disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment methods that support recovery.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering effective individual and group therapy geared towards addiction treatment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with an empathetic approach that fosters trust and safety in client interactions.
• Commitment to maintaining professional boundaries, adhering to ethical guidelines, and protecting patient confidentiality.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and various computer applications relevant to telehealth practice.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to patient-centered care.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in the mental health field, specifically within substance use treatment environments.
• Preference for candidates involved in ongoing professional development and training related to addiction recovery.

The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and professional qualifications.
