You will be working within a Community Health Clinic framework, engaging with a supportive network that prioritizes health and safety for both employees and clients. • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine eligibility and create individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a team to develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring alignment with current best practices.
• Engage with families to provide essential support, resources, and coaching aimed at enhancing their child’s developmental progress.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment Principles in your approach to early intervention.
• Develop strong relationships with children and families to facilitate a nurturing learning environment.
• Regularly review and adjust service frequency based on ongoing assessments of child development and family priorities.
• Ensure compliance with all Federal and State regulations throughout service delivery.
• Maintain detailed and confidential records of assessments, service delivery, and family interactions.

As an LCSW at Gentle Arms Counseling Solutions, you will primarily work with infants and toddlers facing developmental challenges. Your role is vital in helping children gain essential skills in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication areas during their crucial early years. You will also have the opportunity to support families through techniques that foster child-centered learning and interaction.

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.
• Current licensure from the Department of Public Health as an LCSW.
• One year of experience working with children in an early intervention context.
• An adaptive approach to meet varying learning styles and individualized treatment needs.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills, with a respectful and collaborative approach to teamwork.
• A valid driver’s license is required.

• Experience with Natural Learning Environment Practices.
• Previous involvement in multidisciplinary teams focused on child development.
