Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to determine their needs and formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) to ensure tailored support for children and families.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators and healthcare providers, to monitor the performance and progress of each child.
• Regularly provide emotional and practical support to families, addressing their concerns and enhancing their capacity to aid their child's development.
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state regulations to uphold ethical and professional standards.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and the Natural Learning Environment Practices to create effective treatment strategies.
• Foster strong rapport with families and children to promote a safe and encouraging learning environment.
• Utilize coaching models and natural environment teaching techniques to enhance learning opportunities and family interactions.
• Document interactions, assessments, and progress in compliance with organizational standards, ensuring accurate reporting and communication.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.
• Active licensure by the Department of Public Health as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A valid driver's license is required to facilitate home visits as necessary.
• Proficiency in adapting treatment approaches to different learning styles to effectively meet the needs of each child.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with families, children, and team members.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple cases effectively.
• Respect for diverse backgrounds and the ability to communicate compassionately with clients and colleagues alike.

Preferred Experience

• At least one year of experience working with children in early intervention settings.
• Demonstrated commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 80,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We provide a robust benefits package including:
