Duration:         15 Months – Possible Extension

Description:

Role Summary

The Org Development Consultant will lead change management and organizational development initiatives, supporting organizational transformation, process improvement, leadership effectiveness, and strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead change management and organizational development initiatives.
  • Assess change impacts, risks, and stakeholder needs.
  • Develop change management and communication plans.
  • Create communications, presentations, FAQs, and training materials.
  • Coordinate training, workshops, meetings, and focus groups.
  • Support reorganization, organizational design, reengineering, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Coach and train managers on leadership and organizational effectiveness.
  • Manage strategic projects from design through implementation.
  • Prepare progress reports, status updates, and change documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, HR, or a related field.
